(1) The machine tool bed features high rigidity. With a stable structural design, it is made of a high-quality densely baked integral cast iron bed, which has strong rigidity. Key components like the spindle box are all made of high-quality HT300 castings, which are annealed and aged to eliminate internal stress. The castings are calculated by the finite element analysis method. Through optimized design, a reasonable combination of structural strength and reinforcing ribs provides high rigidity for the machine.

(3)十字交叉導軌:縮小機床整體結構,使 X-Y 結構更加簡化,機臺小型化。

(5)充實的 NC 功能:常用功能標配化;刀尖 R 補償,復合固定循環,刀具形狀磨損補償。坐標系切換(匹配與進口設備同等功能應用);

(6)高主軸切削剛性:各軸絲桿采用高剛性結構設計;主軸采用大氣缸夾持方式,滿足機械主軸切削。(滾柱直線導軌設計)
